It will be as per the state stamp act.

Stamp Paper of Non Judicial Value differ from state to state.

Affidavit to be submitted in court / any Govt dept on the same day proceedings do not require any stamp Paper.

Mah State, it is to be executed on Rs. 100/- stamp Paper/ franking.

Apart from the responds of Ajay Sethi,let me add that, Stamp duty varies from State to State, as per the Stamp act Amendment by the State. You have to check your State amendment to know the value of fiscal stamp duty in affidavit.Better to check from your District sub registrar.
