There is no magic potion to be immune from criminal prosecution.
If you are newly married then concentrate on building the relationship. If it is built on strong footing then you need not think about such unforeseen events.

you have not mentioned whether your wife has filed a complaint against you under 498A . if she has done so what are the facts mentioned in the said complaint .
