adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (Expert) 20 December 2011
what is you question?
ajay sethi (Expert) 20 December 2011
you mean to say that besides filing suit plainitff has also filed another petition?

what is nature of petition filed ?
ashutosh mishra (Expert) 20 December 2011
Will you please open your mouth a little more as to what petition has been filed by plaintiff and what trouble you have with that petition?

If you are surprised on his right of filing a petition, then please be informed, he can legally file many petitions depending upon his need to manage his suit under law.

The author apart form himself is interested to waste our time as well.
This seems to be a bogus query with no practical purpose.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 20 December 2011
There is no occasion with the plaintiff to file petition after serving summons upon the defendant. I think your query is incomplete.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 21 December 2011
To me also it seems to be a bogus query with no practical purpose.
