Dear sir, We have performed our sister arranged marriage 7 months back as per hindu rites and bride groom is working in Indian Railways and now she is pregnant with 5 months.So, still my sister husband is not enrolled her name as his wife in Railway and he is talking negligently and saying that he will not enter her name as his wife in Railways and my sister in-laws planning to get second marriage to him.So, sir in this situation where i should make complaint.

Why he is doing so?
She is legally married wife and has the rights as wife.
He can not marry with out legal divorce.

bigamy is also professional misconduct for govt servant.

She can claim maintenance from husband through court with a request to direct the Railways to deposit the maintenance amount every month in her account after deducting from his pay.
