Can a person who has a CGHS flat in Delhi acquired through resale and now a member in that society buy another flat in DDA in resale.....

Yes,he can buy,no restrictions but he can't apply for fresh allotment.

CGHS is the abbreviation of Cooperative Group Housing Scoeity.
There is no restriction of number of flats which a person can buy in resale but can get only one flat allotted (in CGHS+DDA) in his/her own name and in the name of spouse.
