Transfer on marraige ground in psu bank

I am working in psu and my husband is working in another psu . I want to know how many times i can get transfer on spouse ground . Is there any limitations for this type of transfer . Is there any circular for psu bank for marriage ground . Can my husband get transfer on marraige ground?

you may kindly contact your personnel and establishment dept for said information.and submit proper application for transfer. But if no response then you may file appropriate application / petition before court /high court. good luck.

The rules and GO are kept on website by employer bank that can be accessed by employee's thru employee log in.

Transfer is not right, on marriage ground it is adjustment by management, can not claim as right till it is specifically provided in service conditions of your institution.

No Government of India employee has any right to get transferred to the place of his / her preferred location. It is the choice of an employer (Government of India) to transfer an employee at any transferable place as per the administrative requirements. Transfer cannot be claimed as a right.
However, in case of any physical disability / handicap, an employee can claim transfer at a nearby place in terms of the Government of India Guidelines for transfer.

It is a matter of public policy that an employee can seek posting at a place where his/her spouse is employed. But this is not a right. There no limits as to number requests that could be or the number transfers that could be made.

The introductory paragraph of the Office memorandum No. No. 28034/7/86-Estt. (A)
Government of India
Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions (Department of Personnel & Training) reads thus:
The question of formulation of a policy regarding the posting at the
same place of husband and wife who are in Govt. service or in the
service of Public Sector Undertakings has been raised in Parliament and
other forums on several occasions. Govt.’s position has been that
requests of Govt. servants and employees of public sector undertakings
for posting at the same station usually receive sympathetic
consideration, and that each case is decided on merits, keeping in view
the administrative requirements.
