Ammendment in 125 cr.pc at supreme court of india

Dear Exparts,

I have a question about 125 Cr. Pc of maintainance. it is learnt the amendment took place fo rthe sons and daughters for claim of maintainance for age and marriage cretaria of the dependants i.e. sons and daughters. As one son who is not in service and not married can be eligible to claim share in maintenane of his mother please inform about the amendment at Supreme court of India, New Delhi.
