We want to adopt a child could you please give me the guidelines and let me know the process.

Child can be adopted either
1. by execution and registration of deed of adoption between you and the biological parents of the child
or
2. with the permission of court of district judge.

It is a good decision. The institute from where you are adopting a baby. or a local lawyer shall be the best person to consult you. because the adoption needs legal process to be completed, and it's compulsory.
