Hello!sir, in my neighbour mother in law always force and mentally tourcher son's wife to leave home .and that home is registered in father in law name.wife is pregnant and tourcher by mother in law so sir I repuest you legally tell what can wife do in this situation.

If UR query is true,What is the husband doing,wearing bangles and sitting in the kitchen?If that's so ,ask her to file 498A and DV cases against them.

It is the responsibility of husband (not in-laws)to provide suitable accommodation to his wife.

Action to be taken by you or to be taken by that daughter-in-law? If it is to be taken by you, make complaint in the concerned police station. You can also counsel her husband to provide better amenities and save her from his mother's torture. If it is to be taken by that girl, 498a, DV cases can be filed. But she has to take the decision either to save the marriage or severe the bond. It is not you.

If possible she should move to her parents house and get the delivery peacefully if it is due in near future.

She should lodge DV case if no amicable solution possible.

if she wants to take legal action then she may file a criminal complaint against in-laws before Magistrate court u/s 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act-2005 read with section 18/19 & 22 of Act.
