In a suit for partition after receiving summons the defendant could not appeared before the court and court passed exparte decree against the defendant filed set aside exparte decree petition which was allowed now the case is posted for filing of written statement, now the counsel for plaintiff not furnishing the documents which have been filed in the suit even though filing of memo, is there any provision to direct the plaintiff to furnish the documents to defendants

So many ways are there
if original documents in court file, you can obtain certified copies. If photo copies are placed on record, you can move an application to inspect file and can take notes of them.

You can file application before court under order 12 to provide documents.
