Respected members.., i want to ask that arya samaj mandir marriage is legal or ilegal and how many days it have taken? they inform parents or not?

yes the marriages solemnised at arya samaj are legal .

It will not take time.
Two witnesses are required for signing the papers.
They will not inform the parents on their own.
If you contact the nearest Aryasamaj, they will advise you the requirements.
But...but it is your responsibility to obtain the consent of parents of both before taking such an extreme step unless you have strong reasons for such action. They have given birth, they brought you up till now, why cannot you convince them if both of you so wish to go ahead? You can as well clear their doubts in their mind with your joint efforts. You should also think of twice before taking such decision, whether this will long last or it is temporary wish.
