I AM CA FINAL STUDENT. ONE OF MY CLIENT IS LIVING IN HUF PROPERTY. ONE OF COPARCENER HAVING WATER CONNECTION AND ELECTRIC MOTOR DO NOT ALLOW FRESH WATER TO MY CLIENT. MY CLIENT WANTS TO INSTALL ELECTRIC MOTOR ON THEIR PIPES SEPARATELY. IN CASE ON NON-ALLOWABILITY , WHERE CAN WE FILE COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM UNDER WHICH SECTION BY TAKING INTO CONFIDENCE OF LOCAL M.C. .EG. HUMAN RESOOURCE CELL AT CHANDIGARH.

Your client can file a suit for Declaration and Injunction in Civil Court under order 39 rule 1 and 2 CPC read with sec.151 CPC.

From the facts, it seems that the water supply is limited and water through booster motor is taken which itself is illegal.
If no amicable solution possible, explore the possibilities of new connection from municipality.
If both avenues fail legal path as suggested by the experts left.
