Dear Sir
I am working in National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC Limited) a PSU under Ministries of Power. Can any one help me please , can I submit RTI online request to Ministries of Power seeking data from NTPC Limited . The data is required to me to prepare defense for my criminal case.

yes you can. but why not to address application direct or PIO NTPC

go the website of NTPC. You will find the name of PIO for submission of your RTI application. Or otherwise you can send your application to NTPC Head Office. They will have to direct the application to the concerned PIO for providing information.
