Illegal possesion of property

Hi sir I want to know is their any provision in the law that I can get a free govt lawyer. I belong from Schedule Cast and my father income is very less and one of our relative has illegally possessed our property since the beginning.Our property is situated in resettlement colony. Before my grandfather's death he made a power of attorney and sale agreement for our property in favor of my father. And moreover we have a possession slip of our property which is on the name of my grandfather. Pls suggest how can we get back our property. We seriously need a lawyer so please help me with all the procedure.

Kindly contact local advocate bar. In every court there is a legal aid section is there. If you contact there then they will arrange advocate for that you need not pay fees.

contact district legal aid centre in your city . you will have to file suit for eviction against your relative who has encroached on your property . enclose copy of sale agreement in favour of your father .
