Whether you are having his receipt for goods supplied by you to him. If yes send legal notice and if no positive response, file civil suit.

1. Copy of purchase Order or request from the purchaser to send the goods should be available for evidence of order as you can not send the goods on your own. 2. Delivery challan if duly acknowledged by the purchaser is evidence of receipt of goods. 3. Send a demand notice requesting to make payment within a reasonable specific period. 4. If no response, send a lawyer notice. 5. Then file civil for recovery of your dues.
In addition to the above suggestions, you may also prefer to file a private criminal case of Cheating, in the local Magistrates Court, against your customer /client.
