Payment pending against invoice

dear sir
i am into trading i have supplied
good and i have invoice copy and delivery challan with me what kindly of case i can file but i do not have any cheque from him please tell and what to do and any professional help from lawyer and your contact details in bangalore

You can file civil suit for recovery of money.

Whether you are having his receipt for goods supplied by you to him. If yes send legal notice and if no positive response, file civil suit.

1. Copy of purchase Order or request from the purchaser to send the goods should be available for evidence of order as you can not send the goods on your own.
2. Delivery challan if duly acknowledged by the purchaser is evidence of receipt of goods.
3. Send a demand notice requesting to make payment within a reasonable specific period.
4. If no response, send a lawyer notice.
5. Then file civil for recovery of your dues.
