There are many material contradiction in version of compliant , her husband and mother . 161 Statement before police and deposition before court is v different. it will effect on case . can it be reason for acquittal ? There are no injury to complaint . Medical evidence is also not supporting prosecution . No DNA test conducted ?
Even complaint told to lady doctor some unknown person committed Rape on her . is it identification parade is essential ?
Any citation and judgment of supreme court on above subject in favour of accused ??
