we have to file a writ petition for quashing FIR registered against our clients. This is to inform you that we have already obtained ABA. but now we want to quash th same. can any member help me out with the draft petition as i have never drafted criminal writ petition for quashing fir.

Do not try next time for Drafting hepl/ citation help/
U being Advocate have to do it by yourself.

This IS just SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH to expect.
one should not respect experts this way as even if anyone of expert wishes to extend such kind of help,it would practically not be possible.
