The learned Adv.for deft.is trying to misdirect the hon.court,as agreement is not denied by the deft.It is not question of specific performance of contract but question of enforcement of contract.Question of specific performance comes into play only if contract is denied by one party.

A contract can be sought to be specifically
enforced only when grant of damages cannot be adequate and just and equitable relief.

The facts of the query are not sufficient and thus experts are trying to answer presuming facts which is not good.
