when the matter is settled amicably then i dont think so that frame charge should be a part for settlement.

Unless charge is framed, the court cannot compound the case. Framing of charge is a precondition.

When the charge-sheet is filed by police before the court, it is bound to frame charges accordingly so ensure the charge-sheet.
