Hi Experts
I have some few questions related to DV act

1. My wife claim 5 lakhs rs for marriage expenses can she really ask this.

2.In case I am not satisfied with lower court judgement can I appeal to higher court whats the time limit for that.

wife can make any claim it is for the court to consider and pass orders . if you are aggrieved by the impugned order file appeal as soon as possible
