In one of the cases, the opposite party is taking adjournaments on frivolous grounds causing delay in the decision. How this can be overcome.

Applying for adjournments is regular affair and you could hardly do anything unless the same is happening on each dates.

draw attention of court to repeated adjournments being taken . pray that costs be imposed .
