It is optional.

I am surprised to know how you got issued passport in some other date than recorded in your certificates.

The passport is issued for a fixed term and it requires to be renewed and renewal is not possible without enclosing the certificate of date of birth.

You shall have to face further problem so it is better to get both the documents at par at this time.

No need to change the name in the certificates of 10, 12 etc. But you will have to effect change in the PAN card by producing the marriage certificate.

No! you do not need to to do so.

When so many has said no, how can I differ.

In case of married women, name change is optional and she gets an option to retain two surnames in diffirent documents.
