The notes are available in the Conduct & Service Regulations of the concerned Bank. There are administrative circulars time to time issued by each bank in this regard. What is your problem? If you are an employee, you have access to these documents. If you are a discharged employee, you apply for terminal benefits. Your HO terminal benefits department will take care of the calculations.
