My father expired in 2005. He has made a "WILL" in my favour. I have received "PROBATE" from competent court. What are the papers required to be submitted to Society for transferring the flat in my name? Does it require to be paid Stamp Duty/Registration?

There is no need for paying stamp duty or registration charges. You shall have to produce the copy of the will, letter of probate and share certificate of your father in the society.

Except that of meager procession fees, no need to pay any stamp duty to transfer the property in your name.

if you register as a deed of transfer from the executor to the beneficiary it will be better.
There will be an executor as per the will that executor (he could be you yourself) has to be transferor and you being the beneficiary have to be a transferee. (it may so happen that you are signing the document as transferor and transferee both!)
stamp duty will be nominal rs. 200/- in maharashtra and 1000 rs the registration fee - you will have a title chain to your flat which will be of immense value tomorrow.
