Make an application to address in the name of the Public Information Officer and mention office address of DCP. and for payment ipo would be sufficient.

For further information visit www.rtiindia.org or wwww.rti.gov.in.

The police will not give any copies while the case is under investigation.

After the investigation is complete, they will give the copies, even without RTI appln.

The PIO is the Police inspector of the Station. You can also send the RTI appln to the respective SP / DCP. Rs.10/- postal to be enclosed.

You have a legal right to obtain the report of CAW cell upon your case/matter from police. As the report is now lying with the office of SP so it should be addressed to PIO cum SP.

yes., right now relevant records in s.p office you have to address as "the general information officer, concern s.p office"

you avail any information from the respective PIO relating to the case only after the investigation is complete and Report is submitted to the authority.

You can only get the complaint copy as of now through RTI, if you need supporting decisions by CIC, feel free to get in touch with the undersigned.
