Dear Expert,
My father died last year.
He has a Fixed Deposit in bank. He had shown my mother as a nominee.
Now Will get any share of that FD,eventhough my name is not mentioned as nominee by my father.
Or only my mother will get it?

Nominee will act as a custodian of the FD in the event of the death of the principal.
You will get your share.

You can claim your share, your mother can withdraw the amount on behalf of other legal heirs and successors, which your father left.

Your mother right is limited to collect it from Bank but she can take only her share in law,the rest shall be distributed among all
other heirs of your father.
If you have doubt of any dispute you can apply for succession certificate in civil court making your mother and others heirs of your father and move an application in the bank about the same.

Legally, you can claim your share only from your mother, but not directly from the bank. The bank is liable to pay the whole amount to your mother, as the nominee of your father.

Role of your mother merely "Trustee". All Legal heirs including your mother have legal right to received money, after receiving from bank.

Yes
Both you and your mother get it in equal share.
