Transfer of property

Dear Expert,
Please let me know the whole applicability of Transfer of Property Act,1882 and also told that is this Act only applicable on transfer of immovable properties?

yes, its immovable property but certain exception from immovable property.

YES THE TRANSFER OF PROPERTY ACT IS APPLY ONLY ON IMMOVABLE PROPERTY WITH SOME EXCEPTIONS

it governs o various forms of ownership, title, transfer and alienation of property. Property, in the context of this act includes “Immovable” or common/ fixed property as well as “Movable” or personally possessed property
