Can a person who is not party to the suit can file application u/s 151 CPC recalling order passed by the court between parties to the suit.

If such a person is affected by the order of the court,it is open to him to file such a petition even without becoming a party to the suit.

I differ with Mr. Subramanian on this point, if he is not party, no order passed in suit will apply yo him and he will will be unaffected with the order/judgment passed in that suit. For getting any order or relief from a particular suit a third party is required to be impleaded.
