Hello Sir, I wanted to Form a foundation and register a church under the foundation, should the church name should be the same as of the foundation or can it be different,
please suggest that which can be the best option whether to form a foundation or a trust.

The Church need not have the same name, but the Trust should have in its agenda that it includes the church in the formation and a Trust will be a better choice instead of any organisation.

Consult a local lawyer for drafting trust deed accordingly. Trust and church need not be of same name.

It can be different. There is no legal compulsion of having identical name as of the foundation.
