Want to stop husband from going onsite.

(Querist) 11 February 2015 This query is : Resolved
Hi,

I have filed 498a case on my Husband and his parents 6 months back, and case is still going on. Charge sheet not filed yet. I do not want to leave him. I want to stay with him, but he is not allowing me to stay. Recently I heard that he is planning to go onsite from his company. He is a software employee. His H1B process is going on.
I would like to stop him at any cost. Please suggest me the ways to stop him. If he leave to USA once he may not come back.

Thanks in advance.

In one side you are saying that you do not want to leave him. Then only you are hell bent upon damaging his career.

I may inform you that you can stop you from going to USA and any such attempt from your side would put you in a very poor light as far as mert if cases including maintenance case, if any, is concerned.

@ Meghna,
You pretend to be his wife and acting as his enemy, isn't it? Why don't you support him for progress in his career and life?
Why and how can you stop him from working in India or to proceed abroad for work? However, there is no law as such.
No advise for a revengeful query, consult your soul.

Sorry Ms. Meghna,

Your expectations from the experts seem to be too high. You should not have expected the experts here to help you in damaging the career of anyone.

You seem to feel enjoyment in destroying your husband's career to the extreme. So, you may better consult your own lawyer if he does not have any hitch in fulfilling your negative desires.

The home (matrimonial) to remain strong or stand demolished is in your hands, you want to live with him, then why did you leave the house, were you thrown out?, if so, take the help of the local police and barge into his house, he cannot stop your re-entry, or arrange steps to compromise and withdrawal of pending criminal cases against him and look for an amicable cordial relationship with him once again, or if you are still adamant on avenging him, you will find your advocate a better person to suggest you the ways to achieve your ill-motivated plans.
