i am registered in Bar Council of Uttarpradesh , Now I want to practice in Delhi. What formalities should I complete?

First of all surrender your registration in UP Bar Council and then get registration with Delhi Bar Council.

If you permanently want to practice in Delhi better get Registration at DBC after surrendering your membership at UP.
