Dismental of roof

Two years back we had made partition of house into three parts, I had got share in middle of the house, we had common roof, and last one week back my brother had dismantled the roof by drilling machine to separate is roof, without informing to me and not taking proper precautions.
With dismantle of roof, in my portion water is leaking from roof and my walls are became wet and continuous water is falling in my house, as heavy rains are falling in Hyderabad from last four days onwards, electricity short circuit is happened in the morning and we don’t have current.
Lot of disturbance is happening to me and to rectify these problems I had to spent money which is of not my mistake.
So please guide me where to lodge compliant for this kind of problems.

he is your brother . call him over show damage to your house . ask him to help you in carrying out necessary repairs . disputes between family members should preferably be resolved with four walls of the house .
