Release deed

In case of a shop for which two separate agreements are made (say for first 100 sq. Feet road facing and 100 sq ft behind) is it feasible to have a single release deed filed. Also is it necessary to have cc plan attached to the release deed. And I believe no stamp duty would be payable only registration charges would be payable if all parties are relatives. Would it be best to mentioned that the property belonged to person who died intestate and now their heirs are releasing their shre in favour of one party
