the age for registration of marriage is minimum 21 year. so wait and after completion of your 21 year you can get register the marriage before Marriage registrar of your concern area.

Your marriage cannot be got registered till you attain the age of 21 years.

Yes at the time of registrtion of marriage your age must be 21 years so marriage can not be registered.
