Mrs. A has made the will and after some times Mrs. A died. Now, legal heir of Mrs. A i.e. B, C and D shall mandatory go to the court for getting the probate?

It is not mandatory. You can get your share on the basis of the will.

Probate is required only in Mumbai, Calcutta and Madras.

In whole of the state of West Bengal taking probate is mandatory.

if there is any apprehension of any dispute obtain probate of will . it is judicial proof that will is genuine .

If there is likelihood of any dispute while distributing the properties on the base of alleged will then it can be got probated, however, this is mandatory in 4 metro cities and in Bengal.
