How fast are cases if expedetious disposal order is given fron highcourt.

Such orders makes no difference, except that concerned party gets some satisfaction.

Even on HC orders, all depends upon effectiveness of your own lawyer, avoidance of delaying tactics of lawyers of both sides, timely appearance of witnesses for evidence.

It should be generally within six months from the date of the order, but it normally gets delayed owing to the various other circumstances like leave, boycotts, judges transfer, vacation etc.
