May I know about the procedures of registering an educational consultancy?

In the first instance you should go to register an Educational Society under Societies Registration Act with not less than seven members. after registration of educational society, you have to apply to the District Educational Officer for getting educational consultancy. consult DEO and Registrar office or a local lawyer.
