IN ONE D V ACT MATER, THE APPLICANT [WIFE] AND HER LAWYER NOT APPEAR IN THE COURT SINCE LAST SIX MONTHS, ALREDY OPPONANTS [HUSBAND] SIDE REGALARLY APPEAR IN THE COURT AND ALSO FILE, W/S IN THE MATER NOW THE MATER IS ON HEARING, BUT APPLICANT NOT PROCED FURTHER, IN THIS SITUTATION WHAT IS REMEDY FOR HUSBAND SIDE, THEY CAN APPLY FOR DROP PROCEDING OR DISCHARGE APPLICATION ? OR OTHER PROCEDURE?
