please help me if any advocate can help me get the chargesheet from the local ps

It is better to engage a local lawyer and he will do as per procedure or go to the Police station and ask the procedure to get a copy of the charge sheet.

Police will not provide copy of charge sheet to anyone (including accused who is entitled to have a copy free of cost).
However, if you are accused in the FIR case against you the Trial Court shall provide copy to you and if you are a complainant obtain certified copy.

You can get a copy of the charge sheet if you are accused when the police is submitting the same before court and the court is taking the case on its file.
If you are a third party to the case then you can file an affidavit with reasons for obtaining the certified copy of the charge sheet and file a copy application before the concerned court
