Divorce and re marriage

i want to marry a girl. she is fighting a divorce case in panchkula court. her case is pending. but can i marry with her without any difficulties. Her parents want to get loss from their house. she is alone. she cant fight above said case without my help. she want to live with me.

Don't be impatient. Wait for her divorce to be affected. She is still married till her divorce is legally accepted. Mere filing a case and fighting for diorce cannot change her status of a married woman.

Wait for a decree of divorce by the court,her marriage tie is subsisting,so you may be alleged for adultery and bigamy.

No, you cannot marry her till she gets divorce by court.

after divorce it is better to marry her. Even if your married her husband or herself has to say before the court regarding marriage.
