Q)according to new propsed ammendement in hindu marriage act wife will get share in the property of ancestral property of her husband. i want to know that will she get share from the husband share or equal share in property? will son of the husband can claim for seprate share? for e.g i have my parents ,two sisters and myself how much share my wife will get in case of divorce?

Nadeem sir bcos i have filed divorce case against my wife and she had filed domestic voilence. At present she has filed transfer petiton in supreme court of india for divorce case from jammu to punjab. I am worry abt property of my father

There is no law/act/provision of law which you have referred. Your wife is not entitled to make partition of either your or your father's property as on day.
