(Querist) 04 May 2013 This query is : Resolved
Respected Experts,
I want to file Dispense Petition before Session Court? But not sure about which provision/Section of Cr.P.C I can do it?
Is it under Section 205 or Section 317 or is there separate provision for this??
Thanks in advance.

Section 205 criminal procedure code is the only answer to your query but this simple section could have also been told to you by your lawyer.

Respected Makkad Saheb, there is a rule which has clandestinely crept in to the profession of advocacy and i.e do not leave the client as he is an ATM machine. If the client is advised about all the facilities provided by the law to an accused then why he will attend the court on every date to pay the advocate? In Kolkata some advocates take the full money of the bond through which an accused is granted bail. And so are the clients...they have become too smart by studying the web sites. But they do not know that the web site neither makes any one an LLB nor any one an MBBS or B.E though there are numerous sites on web almost in every field. When this site was started it was a boon for the new professionals but now it has become a client catcher. Some members suggest that search the Google, some say that search the books and the trend shows that one day similar type of member would say Go to Ramdeo Baba or meditate or recite Hanuman Chalisa.I do not say to help the errant clients but a co-professional deserves to be guided instead of advice to search google or law books. Thanks for your sincerity and professionalism.
