IF AN ACCUSED IS DISCHARGED ON CHARGES - WHAT IS PROCEDURE THEN. HOW MUCH TIME IS TO WAIT FOR REACTION. WHAT IS TIME LIMIT FOR GETTING THE SECURITY BACK FROM THE COURT BOUND FOR BAIL.IS IT TRUE THAT THE POLICE HAVE TO REPLY IN THE SAME COURT IF THERE IS ANY OTHER ANSWER TO THE DISCHARGE REASONS. THE DISCHARGE IS ON THE LINES 'ACCUSED HAD BEEN MADE A SCAPE GOAT'. HOW CAN THE ACCUSED REACT-TO GO TO COURT FOR DEFAMATION CASE OR OTHERWISE OTHERRWHERE FOR COMPENSATION FOR HARRASSMENT, DISGRACE EC.

if you have been discharged thank your stars . dont go in fresh round of litigation witht he complainant . you will have to waste your time and money in running around courts

Best possible advice by Shri Ajay Sethi, which I fully endorse.

If security amount is there, don't lose any time in applying for refund. Other queries seems to be irrelevant for the present when discharge has already been granted.

MANY MANY THANX FOR QUICK RESPONSE.
FOR THE SECURITY AMOUNT WE ALREADY APPLIED AFTER COMPLETION OF ONE MONTH BUT THE HON'BLE JUDGE REFUSED TO RELEASE BEFORE 3 MONTHS OF JUDGEMENT. I WANT TO KNOW THE LEGAL REQUIREMENT AND PROCEDURE

If judge says release possible only after three months, you may have to wait.

why do not you have one thread and all relevant facts in that and have a sound advise. This way no doubt you are availing free facility but you are depriving yourself of the comprehensive advise.

You have to decide whether you want advised or you want to play hide and seek with experts.
