Deletion of respondent by complainant in consumer complaint

I was impleaded as respondent on the application filed by one of the respondent,now complainant of the consumer complaint wants to delete me from array of the respondents, is it legally permissible,kindly suggestRegards

Yes!It is legally possible for complainant by an application with prayer to delete you.

When you are considered to be absolved by the petitioner himself, there should be no cause of wory or objection on your part.
