Conditional Bail, which imposes conditions on the accused to secure his presence during trial is legal. In case a condition of bail asking for interim payment to the complainant (138 NI Act or Electricity Act etc)may not be legal generally.

I do agree with experts. Adding to it conditional bail is given on the grounds of the facts and it can not be relied upon any judgement,which may not fit to your case.
