Complaint to Police Station on stoping of 2nd marriage

Dear Members,

Wife got ex-parte divorce(husband did not attend. Now wife had a doubt that husband may get married at any time.

Now the Ques'n is.....
As the dovorce is an ex-parte decree,can the wife complaint to POLICe STATION(same jurisdiciton) to stop such marriage.

Please advice to stop a such false marriage by saving other girl.

SINCE THE PARTY IS ALREADY DIVORCED AND THE EXPARTE DECREE HAS NOT BEEN CHALLENGED(PRESUMABLY) WITHIN THE TIME UNDER THE LIMITATION ACT, THE SECOND MARRIAGE CANNOT BE STOPPED.

There is no use to file a complaint before the police to stop the 2nd marriage, because husband has already got a divorce.

That husband is presumed as unmarrierd and no one can stop an unmarried of the age of majority to marry.

yes.. its may contested case or ex-parte decree.. once got divorced mean the wife cannot stopp her husband's second marriage.
