Classes/tutions in registered society

I stay as a tenant in one of the Mhada registered society, My wife takes home tutions in evening 7-9pm for children's below 10 years.

My Owner doesn't have any problem with us & even neighbors doesn't have any problem, but society president & other 2-3 members are threatening us & issued a notice from Mhada to my owner not to take home tutions as this is commercial activity or else vacant the flat.

Sir, Kindly let me know byelaw's of cooperative housing society is this really commercial activity? as a tenant can i have rights to take home tutions?​

all depends on bye laws of society where ur living.

Home tuition of small no. of students may not be considered commercial activity.

Yes, the society management has no right to interfere with the private rights of any person.
