Hi
I want to know that is any person take the claim on multiple properties.
like a lady have done four marriage
all four husband died
if she has taken her claim on property earlier previous in laws on property .
so can she take again another property

You have not responded to Mr. Barman surprises.
Any way if the lady is Hindu,Budh,Sikh or jain and her all marriages were performed one after the other after passing of her husbands,she can CLAIM for all of them,as on death of first one dying intestate,she inherited,then she married to second,who also died intestate,she inherited,then she married to third one who also died intestate,she inherited,then he also died
intestate she inherited.It is her luck.Why you are worried and astonished for that?

BUT if she took divorce from her first, second and third husband and thereafter married with the fourth then she shall be entitled to inherit only the share out of her last husband property if he died intestate.

We have some proof of her previous marriage and the successions documents
can we file any criminal case that she is doing the same because this is her business
all the marriages have been done in different cost
she is a kayasta and married in Punjabi / Gupta/Brahmin

1. What crime she had committed for which you want to file a criminal case against her?
2. If all of her earlier husbands have died how come she is responsible for that to call it 'her business'?
3. Marrying 4 times earlier to men of different castes then inheriting demised husbands properties are well within her rights,
4. You can at most envy her but cant sue her.
