unless and until is vacated or during the period which it is granted/extended.

court may vacate the stay after hearing the defendant, however it may continue till the pendency of the suit.
interim orders depend upon the facts of the case, no particular time limit is prescribed.
the relief otherwise is discretionary in nature and can not be claimed as a matter of right.

all have rightly opined.
1. Till the date, if any specific period is mentioned by the court.
2. If no period is mentioned, it is understood the stay is valid till further orders.
3. Till the stay is vacated.
