The status of civil judge is very attractive and you may also chose it. Blur beacon is allowed in some States, enrollment is Bar is not required in case appearance in AIBE Examination.

Dear Querist
Mr. Makkad is rightly explained

Career Path: A junior division Civil Judge can get promotions and the path may lead to eveh the High court if he is competent enough.

Blue Beacon: Blue beacon is used for Police vehicles and Ambulances only and not for vehicles of civil judges.

There are certain norms and restrictions for use of beacon lights and only the judges of Supreme court and High court are authorised to use the beacon lights.

I have never seen a JD civil Judge or a magistrate using using the beacon lights.

Candidates having qualification less than the prescribed one, will not be considered eligible for being appointed on the position of Civil Judge (Junior Division).

So beacon light is the attraction!!!!!!!!.
DANGEROUS and injurious to the health of the institution.
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 15 January 2012
Dear Mr. Makkad,
One cannot sit for AIBE without first getting enrolled with a State Bar Council.
